(1) body weight
- Women who have BMI >29, <19 are likely to take longer to conceive
- Men who have BMI >29 are likely to have reduced fertility.
(2) Alcohol
Alcohol consumption 3-4 units/day for men, unlikely to affect the semen quality but excessive alcohol Intake is detrimental to it
(3) smoking
For women, both active and passive smoking are likely to affect their chance of conception
For men,there is association between smoking and reduced semen quality!!!
